The price is great, especially with the included breakfast (not much is open in the morning for breakfast around here). There's also free self-serve laundry!

Small rooms, but comfortable
It was more or less a stone's throw to the station. The bed was comfy. And every time I entered the room and put the key into this slot on the wall, the lights would turn on. As would the TV. And the background music from the TV sounded like I had just entered the Sunrider Academy Visual Novel. Staff went as far as bringing my suitcases to my room before check-in.
Tiny bathroom and toilet. I'm a tall guy. There was seriously not enough space.

Nice seeing some of Mt FUJI from my room...
Location is about 7-10 minutes on foot from the train station; the staff were helpful and pleasant; the (included) breakfast was very good and substantial; the window in the room opened - that's great to find in a Japanese hotel; I had asked for a room on a high floor with some kind of view (Mt Fuji!!) and I got it...
I had to pay Yen 1,500 to rent a bicycle at a bicycle rental store as - sadly - renting a bike at the hotel involved having to download an app...tip: tourists/travellers don't like to have to download an app to do the simplest things, like renting a bike; bath was small and it was not nice having the shower curtain stick to you as you shower; I had to ask to take a glass from the breakfast area (as there were none in the room)...
